摘要
针对电控单体泵系统喷油压力升高率与其影响因素间的响应关系,制定了喷油压力升高率特性的实验研究方案。运用偏最小二乘法进行多元回归分析,得出凸轮型线速率、柱塞直径、高压油管长度、高压油管直径、弹簧预紧力和喷孔流量系数与喷油压力升高率的多元二次预测模型。对比结果表明:喷油压力上升阶段和下降阶段的平均压力升高率计算值与预测模型预测结果最大偏差分别为1.76%和4.69%,最大压力升高率和最小压力升高率计算值与预测模型预测结果最大偏差分别为8.41%和2.55%。
In order to obtain the response relation between injection pressure rise rate and influence factors of an electronic unit pump,an experiment for the injection pressure rise rate characteristics was designed. By the partial least square regression analysis method,a multiple quadratic prediction model was derived,which shows the relation between the injection pressure rise rate and the cam profile velocity,plunger diameter,length of high pressure fuel pipe,diameter of high pressure fuel pipe,pre-tightening force of spring,and orifice flow coefficient. The results showed that in the injection pressure rising and the declining segments,the maximum errors of calculated values and predicted values of pressure rise rate are 1. 76 % and 4. 69 %,respectively. The maximum error of calculated values and predicted values of maximum and minimum pressure rise rates are 8. 41 % and 2. 55 %.
