摘要
目的探讨复发性尖锐湿疣患者CD4+、CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)的表达与临床意义。方法收集22例复发性尖锐湿疣患者(观察组)和24例正常对照者(对照组)的血清,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+T细胞和Treg细胞的表达水平。结果观察组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而Treg细胞的表达则明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的表达水平与患者的复发次数无显著相关性(P>0.05);Treg的表达水平与患者的复发次数呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论复发性尖锐湿疣患者T细胞免疫功能低下,Treg细胞的表达水平与尖锐湿疣的复发密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of CD4^＋,CD8^＋T cells and CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋regulatory T cells（ Treg cells） of patients with recrudescent condyloma acuminatum. Methods 22 cases of recrudescent condyloma acuminatum were selected as observation group,and 24 cases of normal controls as control group. Serum of both groups were collected,and flow cytometer was used to detect the expression levels of CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/ CD8^＋T cells and Treg cells in peripheral blood. Results The expression levels of CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/ CD8^＋T cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 01）,while the expression levels of Treg cells in the former group were higher than those in the latter group（ P〈 0. 01）. The recurrent frequency of the patients had no significant correlation with the expression level of CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/ CD8^＋T cells in the observation group（ P〉 0. 05）,but it had significant positive correlation with the expression level of Treg cells（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Patients with recrudescent condyloma acuminatum have a low Treg cells immune function,and the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum has close relationship with the expression level of Treg cells.
