基于UDF方法的稳流器二维动态与三维静态数值模拟对比研究

摘要 为进一步完善稳流器流道内部结构及设计理论,通过UDF(用户自定义函数)方法,对某稳流器的流动进行了二维动态及三维静态数值模拟对比研究,得到流量、水头损失与上下游压差力之间的关系,并与物理模型试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:二维动网格模型与三维静态网格模型的计算精度接近,但其能更真实的模拟出三维静态模型所不能反映的运动边界。 To further improve the flow regulator passage internal structure and design theory,based on the method of UDF(User Define Functions)the dynamic two-dimensional and the static three-dimensional numerical simulation for the flow regulator are conducted in this paper.The relationship among head loss,the upstream and downstream differential pressure is simulated and compared with the physical model test results.The results show that:the calculation accuracies of dynamic two-dimensional and static threedimensional numerical simulation are close,but the movement of the boundary reflected by dynamic two-dimensional numerical model is more realistic than static three-dimensional model.
