摘要
将模型导入到ansys中对模型进行有限元静态、动态分析,得到模型的整体应力分布及其变形状况。将货箱结构改为U型结构,并利用有限元软件对U型斗结构实施校核。计算结果和结构设计可作为生产企业理论依据。经过轻量化结构设计,货箱的重量减轻了1 t,原先可以载货19.3 t,现在可以达到23 t。
The model is imported into ansys to finite element model of static and dynamic analysis. Get the overall stress distribution and deformation condition of the model. Change the crate structure to u-shaped structure, commonly known as U,and by using the finite element software implementation check U structure. Calculation results and the theoretical basis for structure design can be used as production enterprises. After lightweight structural design, reduction 1 ton in weight of crate,originally can pull 19.3 tons, now reach 23 tons.
