凝胶净化-高效液相色谱法测定动植物油脂中的苯并(a)芘

Determination of Benzo (a) pyrene in Animal and Vegetable Fats and Oils by Gel Permeation Chromatography-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定动植物油脂中苯并(a)芘含量的方法。样品经环己烷-乙酸乙酯提取,凝胶色谱(GPC)净化,采用高效液相荧光检测器进行分析。结果显示,该方法 RSD小于1%,回收率为92.0%-95.8%。该法前处理简单、回收率高、操作简便,测定结果令人满意。 This article establishes the method of determining benzo(a) pyrene in animal and vegetable fats and oils by HPLC.Samples are dissolved in cyclohexane and aceticether and cleaned by GPC,then are separated and determined by HPLC with fluorescence detection. The result shows that RSD is smaller than 1%,the recovery rate is 92.0%-95.8%. The pretreatment of this method is simple,the recovery rate is high,and the determination result is satisfying.
