摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统疾病中常见病和多发病,造成巨大的社会、经济负担。加强对COPD发病机制研究,寻找安全有效的药物来防治COPD具有重要的临床意义,选择正确合理的COPD模型复制方法是研究COPD发病机制的关键。对COPD模型复制方法做一综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）is a common disease and encountered frequently disease in respiratory system,and cause huge social and economic burden.It is very significant to strengthen the research on the pathogenesis of COPD and looking for a safe and effective treatment to the prevention and treatment of COPD.To select the correct and reasonable COPD model replication method is the key to study the pathogenesis of COPD.We introduce model replication method of COPD in this paper.
