摘要 通过单管热交换性能测试和分析,研究Φ5 mm瘦齿大螺旋角内螺纹铜管和当前空调厂家大量使用的Φ5 mm普通内螺纹铜管的单管换热性能。结果表明:Φ5 mm瘦齿大螺旋角内螺纹铜管的热交换能力较同规格普通内螺纹铜管有明显提升,特别是冷凝过程,其换热系数平均提高17%,在制冷剂质量流量较大时其压力损失仅增加1%~2%。 Through the tests and analysis on the heat transfer performance of single tubes,the heat transfer performance of Φ5 mm inner-grooved copper tube with slimmer tooth and larger helical angle and Φ5 mm ordinary inner-grooved copper tube widely used by air-conditioner manufacturers are investigated.The results show that the heat transfer performance of Φ5 mm inner-grooved copper tube with slimmer tooth and larger helical angle is improved significantly compared with the ordinary one of the same size.Especially during the condensation,its heat transfer coefficient increases by 17% on average,the pressure loss increases by only 1%~2% when the refrigerant flow is larger.
