摘要
综述了压铸冲头的制造材料及其热处理工艺,介绍了4种高强度模具钢材料和3种热处理工艺。阐释了对压铸冲头进行表面渗氮、激光表面处理、表面气相沉积强化的表面处理工艺。分析了压铸冲头结构设计方面的改进研究现状。探讨了仿生技术在压铸冲头中的应用及前景。对压铸冲头材料和结构的发展方向进行了展望。
The materials and its heat treatment of die casting plunger were introduced including four kinds of high strength tool steel and three kinds of heat treatment process.Surface treatment process such as surface nitrodizing,laser surface treatment and CVD were described.Progress in modifying structure design of die casting plunger was analyzed.Application and prospect of bionic technology in die casting plunger were expounded.In addition,the future development of materials and structure design of die casting plunger was presented.
