摘要
以河南县移动公司出现终端很容易从3G重选至2G,但到2G后却很难重选回3G的问题为实例,通过2G/3G互操作参数检查、覆盖测试及调整、基站时钟核查、重选参数优化调整等方法分析,得到出现该问题的原因:4G建网后,对传统的"基于RANK重选"算法为主调整为"基于RANK算法"与"基于优先级算法"共存,导致在重选过程中算法的选择以手机支持能力为准则。最后得出要避免2G到3G无法重选,需对GSM全网进行基于优先级的异系统重选参数刷新的结论。
For China Mobile of Henan County, reselection from 3G to 2G on terminal happens easily, but the reselection from 2G to 3G is difficult. The reason behind the phenomenon was derived from the analysis on 2G/3G interoperability parameter check, coverage test and adjustment, base station clock check and reselection parameter optimization adjustment. Specifically, the traditional "RANK-reselection-based" algorithm transits into the coexistence of "RANK-reselection-based" algorithm and "priority-based" algorithm. It results in the reselection is dependent on support capacity of mobile phone. In addition, in order to avoid failure of reselection from 2G to 3G, reselection parameter refresh of different systems based on priority for GSM network is necessary.
