摘要
本文旨在开发一种用于皮革底涂的遮盖型涂饰剂。结合本公司开发的表面功能化的低温热膨胀微球,通过热发泡的方式,填补皮革材料表面的缺陷和伤残。并通过木质纤维素的三维网络作用,赋予涂层高耐磨性、耐划性、柔韧性等特性。实验表明,该涂饰剂可以用于全粒面皮革补伤,涂饰后的皮革遮盖力好、手感柔软、滋润,有助于提升低质量皮革的等级(特别是具有严重表面缺陷的皮革)。
The aim of the article is to develop a high hiding primer paint for leather. The novel primer is composed of the thermally expandable microspheres, which could be foamed at lower temperature. The primer filled in the defeats or the disabled parts by heated process, providing a good complement to hurt results. The repaired leather has excellent covering power and soft feel. In addition, the primer paint includes lignoceUulose, which endows the leather with high abrasion and scratch resistance, and flexibility performance, because of the effect of the forming three-dimensional structure in the film. The experiment indicates the novel primer paint can be used in the repair of the full-grain leather, and could improve the level rating of the leather, especially the leather with the seriously defeats surface.
