腓骨折叠技术修复下颌骨缺损的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价腓骨折叠技术重建下颌骨的效果以及平行折叠的两段腓骨之间的愈合情况。方法对11例采用腓骨折叠技术修复下颌骨缺损的患者进行随访,在曲面断层片上测量术后1个月和术后两年平行折叠的两段腓骨之间的间隙宽度,评价两段腓骨之间的愈合情况。结果术后1个月远中、正中、近中两段腓骨之间间隙宽度分别为3.82±1.83mm、3.82±1.89mm、4.55±1.21mm,术后2年三位点测量结果分别为2.45±1.86mm、3.18±1.83mm、2.18±1.47mm,远中位点和近中位点间隙宽度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),正中位点间隙宽度无显著差别(P=0.089)。结论采用腓骨折叠技术修复下颌骨缺损后,靠近自身下颌骨的截骨断端处骨改建明显,两段腓骨之间的间隙逐渐缩小。 Objective To investigate the effect of healing between the fibular segments in the double-barrel technique for the reconstruction of mandibular defects Methods Eleven patients who underwent reconstruction of mandibular defects with double barrel vascularized fibula graft were reviewed. Measurements of double-fibula height and gap width between the two fibular struts on panoramic radiographs were performed two years after operation, at three sites: mesial site, middle site and distal site. Measurements were compared with those obtained one month after operation. Results There was significant difference in mean gap width between one month and two years follow up at the mesial and distal site ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and there was no significant difference at the middle site ( P = 0. 089 ). Conclusion The gap between two fibular struts became narrow gradually after operation.
