摘要
习近平总书记强调,经济安全是国家安全的基础,"必须从政治上看"。他从多重维度指出我国现存的人民群众生命生活、粮食、能源、网络信息和金融等经济领域的安全问题,提出必须从领导保证、制度保证等方面着手,坚持和发展党对经济的有力领导,依法坚持社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度,有效防范、管理和处理经济安全风险,从根本上保障国家经济安全。这些立足实践、着眼长远,从政治视角高屋建瓴展开的论述,体现了习近平经济思想的宏韬伟略和深刻的经济安全战略新意,充盈着人民利益至上的为民情怀和依宪治国、捍卫中国特色社主义的制度清醒和政治自觉,是全面深化我国经济体制改革的指导思想和重要遵循。
Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, emphasi- zes that economic security is the foundation of national security, and ＂ （people） should take a political perspective （to look at economic security）＂. He points out from multiple dimensions that there are security issues concerning the life and living of the people, grains, energy, Internet and information, and finance, and he suggest we startwith leadership and institutions, insist and develop the leadership of the Party over the economy, insist the fundamental economy system on the primary stage of socialism, effectively prevent, manage, and deal with the risks in economic security, and firmly ensure national economic security. From a political perspective that concerns both realities and the future, these viewpoints reveal Xi Jinping＇s both economic thoughts and economic strategies., we should always put the people＇s interests in the first place we should defend the system of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. These viewpoints are the guiding ideology for China to deepen the reform on the economic regime.
