摘要
采用多功能内耗仪,测定了在5种频率下经不同等温时效处理的Cu38Zr46Al8Ag8大块非晶合金内耗-温度(Q-1-T)曲线。结果表明,经等温时效处理的试样的内耗峰值和峰温均比未经处理的试样低;等温时效温度相同情况下,随着等温时效时间的延长,试样的内耗峰值逐渐减少,对应的内耗峰温降低;在等温时效时间相同的情况下,随着等温时效温度的增加,内耗峰温降低。并利用结构弛豫理论分析了等温时效处理对结构弛豫的影响。
Internal friction instrument was used to investigate internal friction-temperature curve(Q-1-T)and relative modulus-temperature curve(M-T)at 5frequencies for Cu38Zr46Al8Ag8 bulk amorphous alloys annealed with different isothermal aging treatment.It is found that and the sample of the temperature of the Q-1 peak without isothermal aging treatment is higher than the others;under the same aging treatment temperature,the Q-1 peak and the corresponding temperature are dwindling with the increase of aging treatment time;under the same aging treatment time,the temperature of the Q-1 peak is dwindling with the increase of isothermal aging temperature.The effects of isothermal aging treatment on internal friction are analyzed in terms of theory of structural relaxation.
