摘要
为处理池州九华山机场ILS系统31号LOC双监控器数据同时漂移,并且CLR RF参数跌至最低门限之下引发告警的故障问题,分别排查了ILS的LOC发射机系统、天线系统、电缆传输线路和监控器系统以及外场环境。首先对发射机的发射功率和信号波形进行了参数测量,排除了发射机故障的可能;其次,调换MCU端与发射机机柜端传输线路,对调换前后的数据对比,排除了电缆逻辑传输性能故障;最后,利用万用表测量监控器双监控板测试点电压值,发现其电压值均低于标准电压,从而判定是由于外场环境的原因,通过外场排查发现航向避雷电缆下垂,把避雷电缆拉锚拧紧之后,数据恢复正常。
In order to resolve the problem of dual monitor data drift at the same time of No. 31 LOC of ILS system in Chizhou Jiuhuashan Airport, and Clearance parameters of RF fell to the lowest threshold triggered fault alarm, investigate ILS LOC transmitter system, antenna system, cable transmission line, monitor system and external environment respectively. Firstly, the transmitter transmitting power and signal waveform parameters were measured, the transmitter may exclude fault; Secondly, by replacing MCU terminal and the end of transmission line of the transmitter cabinet, and comparing the data before and after the change, excluding cable performance logic transmission failure; Finally, using millimetre to measure test voltage value of double monitoring board of the monitor system, the voltage value is all less than the standard voltage, thus, the reason of the external field environment is determined, through investigate external field, found the course lightning cable sagging, data recovery after screw the lightning cable anchor.
