摘要
目的：探讨逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指背部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法选择50例手指背部皮肤缺损患者作为研究对象，根据患者病情症状给予逆行岛状皮瓣修复治疗，观察患者治疗效果。结果本组50例患者术后皮瓣全部存活48例，2例患者术后皮瓣远端部分发黑，经II期简单植皮修复后恢复。患者皮瓣外形美观，供区植皮成活，皮瓣血运情况良好，色泽趋近患者正常皮肤，皮瓣两点分辨率3-10 mm，手指屈伸功能均恢复正常。结论逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指背部皮肤缺损具有良好的临床效果，具有操作简单、形象美观、质地较好、直接缝合等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retrograde island flap for repair of finger back skin defect.Methods50 cases of finger skin defect back patients as the research object, according to the condition of the patients symptoms given retrograde island flap in the treatment, treatment effect was observed.Results This group of 50 cases of postoperative flap survived in 48 cases, 2 cases of postoperative patients with the distal part of the flap blackening, recovered after phase II simple graft repair. Patients with flap appearance, free skin grafts survived, blood supply of the flap is good, color closer to normal skin of the same patients, two-point resolution 3-10 mm, finger flexion and extension function recovered to normal.Conclusion On the reverse island skin flap to repair the skin defect of the finger has a good clinical effect, has the advantages of simple operation, beautiful appearance, good texture, direct suture.
