Chemical Constituents from Stem of Dysoxylum binectariferum

摘要 目的研究红果葱臭木的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术分离纯化单体化合物,并利用理化性质和波谱技术进行化合物结构解析。结果从红果葱臭木中共分离鉴定出4个化合物,分别为Aphanamgrandin A(1),β-Sitosterol(2),异莨菪亭(3),Blumenol B(4)。结论化合物1,2,4均为首次从该植物中分离得到,且它们对AGS、Hela、K562等肿瘤细胞均无细胞毒活性。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from stem of Dysoxylum binectariferum( Roxb.) Hook. f. ex Bedd.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by many kinds of chromatography methods,and the structures were elucidated by analysis of their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as Aphanamgrandin A( 1),β-Sitosterol( 2),Scopoletin( 3) and Blumenol B( 4). Conclusion Compounds 1,2,4 were isolated from stem of Dysoxylum binectariferum( Roxb.) Hook. f. ex Bedd for the first time,and they show no cytotoxicity to AGS、Hela and K562 cell lines.
