摘要
目的:探究中医辨证治疗心血瘀阻型风湿性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院心内科收治的风湿性心脏病患者90例,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,每组各45例患者,其中对照组45例,采用抗生素等常规西医药物治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程;实验组45例,在西药治疗的基础上,给予中医辨证治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。对比治疗前后患者临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后两组患者临床疗效均有所改善,实验组临床总有效率为90.28%,对照组的临床总有效率为70.83%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医通过辨证治疗心血瘀阻型风湿性心脏病,治法上突出利湿与化瘀并举,即"利湿兼活血,活血必利湿",从根本上明显改善临床症状,提高患者生存质量,取得较好的疗效。
Objective：To explore the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis type resistance of rheumatic heart disease clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatism sex heart disease clinical curative effect. Methods：To choose our heart treated with 90 cases of patients with rheumatic heart disease,USES the digital meter were randomly divided into two groups at random,each group of 45 patients,including control group 45 cases,use the conventional western medicine medication such as antibiotics,2 weeks for a period of treatment,two courses of treatment. Experimental group 45 cases,for syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,and aims at heart arteries and veins and blood stasis resistance type patients with drug therapy,2 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment. Contrast before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms improve the situation. Results：The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were improved after treatment,the clinical total effective rate was 90.28%,while the clinical total effective rate was 70.83% in the control group,experimental group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：By syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood stasis resistance type of rheumatic heart disease,lishi and highlights on the treatment of blood,namely＂drain dampness and activating blood,invigorate the circulation will drain dampness＂,fundamentally improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of survival,to obtain the better curative effect.
