摘要
脑胶质瘤是一种比较常见的恶性脑肿瘤类型,占全部脑肿瘤类型的40%左右。最近几年对于脑胶质瘤的治疗首选方式为手术治疗,但是手术治疗难以根除病灶。而单纯的西医化疗治疗很难通过血脑屏障,且治疗后复发率较高。通过中医辨证弥补单纯西药治疗的缺点。中医药治疗的主要特点是既能有效地调节、提高患者的免疫能力,又能够很好的保护患者的免疫系统。与此同时,通过中西结合治疗可以有效降低放射治疗方式导致的毒副反应,而且大部分中药能够产生放疗增敏的效果。
Glioma is a common type of malignant brain tumors,about 40% of all type of brain tumor. In recent years for the treatment of cerebral glioma preferred way for the surgical treatment,but surgery is difficult to eradicate lesions. And pure western medicine chemotherapy treatment is very difficult to through the blood brain barrier,and high recurrence rate after treatment. Through make up the shortcoming of pure western medicine treatment of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine. The main characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment is both can effectively adjust and improve the patient＇s immune capacity,and can protect the patient＇s immune system very well. At the same time,through the combination of Chinese and western treatment can effectively reduce the adverse reaction caused by radiation treatment way,and can produce most of the traditional Chinese medicine with radiotherapy sensitization effect.
