摘要
介绍了发达国家解决安全管理方面问题并推进安全设计的经验,通过理论分析探讨了在设计阶段即开始安全风险管理的重要性,结合国内外安全设计的研究成果总结了设计人在安全设计中的责任和安全设计的一般流程,并结合水运工程的特点提出了水运工程项目安全设计所需要考虑的典型风险源,同时还结合实际项目给出了多个水运项目中安全设计的实例。
We introduced the experience about the developed countries solved the health and safety management problems and promoted the safety design, discussed the importance of safety risk management at the beginning of design. Combining with the research results of the safety design at home and abroad, we summarized designer＇s responsibility and general process of a safety design, and based on the specific characteristics of waterway transportation construction projects, we put forward the typical risk sources in the safety design of waterway transportation project, and presented several safety design cases for waterway transportation project by combining with the practical projects.
