摘要
针对气相法聚乙烯装置尾气排放到火炬中气体含有20%C2以上有机组分的现状,采用有机蒸汽膜分离技术回收尾气中的C4、C5、C6等重烃类组分、变压吸附技术(PSA)富集浓缩其它的烃类组分和氮氢气,并对氮氢气増压分离和回收利用的方法,结果表明:采用组合方法可以使排放尾气中烃类气体和氮气的回收率达到90%以上。
In order to recover the 20% C2 and heavier organic components from the off-gas discharged to the flare of gas phase polyethylene unit, organic evaporation membrane separation technology was adopted to recover heavy hydrocarbons such as C4,C5 and C6 in the off-gas,PSA technology was applied to enrich and concentrate nitrogen,hydrogen and other hydrocarbons,and nitrogen and hydrogen could be reused after separation and recovery by pressure boosting.The results demonstrated that the recovery rate of the hydrocarbon gas and nitrogen can reach over 90% by adopting this combination of technologies.
