摘要
在东汉时期,掾属、僚佐等府官出现了品位化的现象,即其作为职事官逐渐被用来标志任职者的身份、品级。府官的品位化现象主要表现为:府官职位与职事相分离,府官制度选举意义的增强,府官选举中对"以能取人"因素的背离。这一现象的出现,与三公性质的变化、辟召制度的发展、豪族阶层的兴起等因素有关。
In the Eastem Han Dynasty(25AD-220), Yuanshu, Liaozuo and other local office posts begin to appear the phenomenon of matching the duty of the posts with the officials social status, which results the separation of posts function and the social rank. It also is against the officials election rules of "talents first". The cause of this phenomenon is related with the change of "three royals" system, the development of pizhao system and the rise of new gentry class.
