摘要
设计了一种压缩型椭圆孔正方形纤芯光子晶体光纤,采用全矢量有限元法和各向异性介质完美匹配方法对其结构和光学特性进行分析.通过数值建模找到最佳的结构参数,最后的优化结果表明所设计的PCF具有高双折射率,可以达到10-2数量级,且在较宽的通信窗口1.20-1.80μm范围内有着超平坦色散且色散值接近于零色散,这种光纤在密集波分复用,光参数放大,全光信号处理方面有着重要应用.
This article describes an extruded elliptical hole photonic crystal fibers( PCF) with elliptical air- core.The structure and optical properties of the proposed PCF are analyzed by using a full vector finite- element method( FV- FEM) and anisotropic perfectly matched layers( APML). Numerical results show that the birefringence of the proposed photonic crystal fiber can be up to the order of 10^- 2,and has a flattened dispersion of ± 1. 5ps/( nm·km) from 1. 20 to 1. 80μm in communication window. The proposed PCF may have important application in wavelength division multiplexing( DWDM),optical parametric amplification,all- optical signal processing and other aspects.
