摘要
目的了解市售大米中重金属铅、镉的污染状况,并对其进行风险评估。方法采用火焰原子吸收法测定大米中重金属铅、镉含量。结果大米中铅平均含量为(0.1101±0.0676)mg/kg,镉平均含量为(0.1142±0.0571)mg/kg;大米中铅的健康风险指数为0.2037,镉的健康风险指数为0.7667,均小于1。结论济宁市市售大米中铅、镉的平均含量均低于国家标准,健康风险指数在安全范围内。
Objective To understand the status of the heavy metal pollution in commercial rice,such as Lead, Cadmium and conduct its risk assessment. Methods The heavy metal content in rice was measured by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method.Results The mean concentrations of lead,cadmium were 0. 1101±0. 0676mg/kg, 0. 1142±0. 0571 mg/kg respectively. The Risk Index of Lead was 0. 2073 while the Risk Index of Cadmium was 0. 7667.Conclusion The average content of Lead,Cadmium in rice were lower than that of the national standard,and the health risk index was in the safe range.
