承德地区人群下颌第一磨牙远舌根发生率的CBCT研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE INCIDENCE OF DISTOLINGUAL ROOT OF THE MADIBULAR FIRST MOLAR IN CHENGDE CITY BY CBCT

摘要 目的:采用口腔颌面锥形束CT(CBCT)观察承德地区人群下颌第一磨牙根管的形态,了解远舌根的发生率。方法:收集并分析承德地区160例患者(320颗下颌第一磨牙)的CBCT影像资料,统计不同性别和左、右侧下颌第一磨牙远舌根的发生率。结果:160例(320颗牙)患者中51例(87颗)存在远舌根,远舌根发生率为31.88%(27.19%);其中男性发生率为30.67%(23/75)、女性发生率为32.94%(28/85),左侧发生率为28.13%(45/160)、右侧发生率为26.25%(42/160),男女性、左右侧下颌第一磨牙远舌根发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:承德地区人群下颌第一磨牙远舌根发生率较高;口腔颌面锥形束CT能清晰、准确地显示牙根和牙根管,是目前无创检查根管形态的可靠方法。 Objective: To investigate the incidence of distolingual root of the mandibular f irst molar in Chengde City by observing the morphology of root canal of the f irst molar with cone bean computed tomography(CBCT). Methods: The CBCT images of 160 patients(320 f irst molars) were collected in this study, and counted the incidence of distolingual root of the mandibular f irst molar of different sex and different sides. Results: In 160 patients and 320 mandibular f irst molars, the incidence of distolingual root was 31.88%(51/160) and 27.19%(87/320). The incidence of distolingual root of male and female was respectively 30.67%(23/75) and 32.94%(28/85), the incidence of distolingual root of left and right side was 28.13%(45/160) and 26.25%(42/160) respectively. There was no statistically signif icant difference about the incidence of distolingual root between different sex and different sides. Conclusions: Distolingual root can be detected in most of the mandibular f irst molar in Chengde City. CBCT can display the tooth root and root canal clearly and accurately, so it is a reliable way to check the morphology of root canal non-invasively.
