摘要
针对汽车座椅调节机构耐久试验的需求,概述了国内汽车座椅调节机构耐久项目的标准现状,对现有检测设备进行对比分析,并研制一台汽车座椅调节机构耐久试验台。该汽车座椅耐久试验台现已正常使用,满足国家标准、整车厂标准的要求。
Aiming at the demand for the fatigue test of automobile seat adjustment mechanism, the standard status of durable project of domestic automobile seat adjustment mechanism was summarized, the existing test equipments were analyzed, an automobile seat adjustment mechanism durability test bed was developed. The automobile seat durability test-bed has been normal used which meets the requirements of the state standards and OEMs.
