摘要
大学教学的问题表面上是教学形式的问题,实质上是对大学教学的原点认识不清的问题。从知识分子精神出发明确大学教学的原点和人才培养定位,有助于大学人深层次地把握大学教学改革。知识分子是具有自由探索、独立思考和批判创新精神的知识者,专业性、公共性、批判性共同构成了知识分子的形象。知识分子精神既是大学教学的逻辑起点也是终点。围绕知识分子精神,大学教学内容应融含知识、思想、能力等要素,教学方式应以实施问题式教学为中心,教学管理要为培养知识分子精神保驾护航,处理好教学控制与教学自由的关系。
Superficially, the problem of the university teaching lies in the general teaching forms, but, essentially, in the ambiguous recognition of its origins that help university intellectuals to sustain teaching reformation in line with their spiritual nature. Intellectuals characteristic of professionalism, commonality and criticism are well-equipped with free exploring spirits, independent and critical way of thinking. The spiritual nature of intellectuals is both the logical starting point and the terminal of the university education. This study, thus, suggests that higher learning education is centered around the essential elements of literacy, ideology, problem-based capability building, etc. with the teaching management to support the cultivation of intellectuals' spiritual nature and balance the relationship between teaching control and teaching freedom.
