摘要
目的探讨AIDET沟通模式(标准化沟通模式)在白内障患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选择需要手术的白内障患者761例,随机分为实验组(381例)和对照组(380例)。其中实验组按照AIDET沟通模式对患者入院、术前、术中、术后进行健康教育及护理,对照组按照传统的沟通方式对患者进行健康教育及护理。结果实验组入院后、术前、术后焦虑评分低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对护士服务的满意度、术中和术后感觉舒适度明显优于对照组;两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AIDET沟通模式应用到白内障患者围手术期的护理工作中,可以减轻患者在住院期间过程中的紧张、焦虑情绪,增加患者满意度,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的舒适度。
Objective To investigate the effect of AIDET in the perioperative period of patients with cataract.Methods 761 patients with cataract were randomly divided into the experimental group(381cases)and the control group(380cases).Which experimental group in accordance with the AIDET communication mode of hospitalized patients,preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative of health education and nursing.The control group according to the traditional way of communication for patients for health education and nursing.Results Experimental group after admission,preoperative,postoperative anxiety scores were below the control group,two groups have statistical significance(P 0.05);the experimental group of nursing service satisfaction,intraoperative and postoperative feel comfortable degree was better than the control group;the two groups compared with statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion AIDET communication mode is applied to the patients with cataract Wai operative nursing work,can reduce the patients in the hospital during the process of tension and anxiety,and increase patients satisfaction,to alleviate the suffering of patients,improve patient comfort.
