摘要
中央苏区时期,任弼时探索党执政能力建设的战时环境、工作任务和现实问题。探索任弼时对党执政能力建设的理论意义和现实意义,总结任弼时对党执政能力建设探索的历史经验和深刻教训,阐释任弼时对党执政能力建设探索的现实启示。新时期,中国共产党需要始终坚持党的先进性建设和执政能力建设,建立健全党组织机构体系和党政权力监督制约制度,不断加强各级党组织的领导班子建设、党员队伍建设和基层组织建设,始终坚持加强党员干部的队伍建设和干部作风建设。
At Central Soviet Area,Ren Bi-shi explored wartime environment,tasks and practical issues,and this paper actively explores theoretical and practical significance of Ren Bi-shi governing capability,systematically summarize Ren Bishi governing capability＇s history experience and profound lessons,scientific interpretation of the Apocalypse Ren Bi-shi governance Capability exploration. By New Era,the Chinese Communist Party needs to always adhere to the main line of the ruling party＇s advanced nature and capacity building,establish a sound system of party organization and party and government institutions of power supervision system,and constantly strengthen the building of party organizations at all levels of leadership,team building and grassroots party members organizations,and always adhere to strengthen the building of party cadres and cadres style.
