摘要
针对内蒙古某风电场直流串励变桨电动机频繁发生电动机抱闸无法打开、电枢过流保护、电机超温、桨角偏差大等问题,进行了原因排查和分析,最终确定故障原因为该型风机紧急收桨回路设计不合理,易导致变桨电动机摩擦片法兰磨损失效,同时指出风机急停启动次数过多是导致该故障频发的重要诱因。建议在提高设备可靠性、减少机组紧急停机的基础上,重新优化该型风机的紧急收桨控制回路,以避免类似故障再次发生。
For DC series excited pitch motor frequently locking mechanism in an InnerMongolia Wind Farm,armature over- current protection,motor overtemperature,vane anglelarge deviation,make the investigation and analysis of the causes,and ultimately determinethe fault reason for this type of wind turbine emergency pitch loop design unreasonable,which easily led to pitch motor friction plate flange failure.And put forward the over-number of start- stop was the inducement of the failure.Make proposal to improveequipment reliability and reduce the unit emergency stop,reoptimize the wind turbineemergency pitch control loop eventually to prevent the elimination of the fault fromhappening.
