摘要
葡萄酒品尝学的教学目的是培养具有国际就业竞争力的葡萄酒酿酒师、品酒师和侍酒师专业人才。在教学资源建设改革与实践的过程中,以目标为导向,以教师资源建设为核心,以教学内容和教材资源建设为重点,以网络和社会化学习资源建设为辅,逐步建立多维体验式学习环境,提高学生的学习兴趣和主动性,提高教学质量。
The teaching aim of wine tasting is to the international competitiveness in professional job. In culture the wine maker, wine taster and sommelier who have the deveIopment of teach resource, it kept the goal-oriented, teacher resource construction as the core, teach content and textbook build as a point, network and social learning resource as a supplement, to set up the multidimensional and experiential learning models for stimulating the learn interest and initiative of student.
