摘要
建筑MEP管线综合技术是建筑工程领域的关键一环。近年来借助于强大的BIM技术,管线综合的效率和质量都得到了很大提升。该文介绍了基于BIM的MEP管线综合的应用现状,并结合具体商业项目的实例,分析其工作流程与传统二维协同的优劣,研究工程实际应用中的难点并提出相应的解决方案。分析与实践表明,基于BIM的MEP管线综合技术可以大幅提升工作效率,有效推进工程进度,并为进一步设计施工的优化提供了基础。
Pipeline synthesis technology of MEP discipline(including mechanical, electrical and plumbing) is a key in the field of architectural engineering. With the development of powerful BIM technology in recent years, the efficiency and quality of the pipeline synthesis has been greatly improved. In this paper, we introduce the status of the BIM-based MEP pipeline synthesis development with the example of a commercial project. It is proved that there are many advantages working based on the 3D-coordination contrasting with the traditional 2D-coordination. Solutions are introduced with the analysis of difficulties in the engineering application. It shows that the pipeline synthesis technology of the MEP based on BIM can greatly improve the working efficiency, promote the progress of the project effectively, and provide the basis for the optimization of the design and construction.
