摘要
目的：探讨集束化护理预防PICU患儿压疮的效果。方法：选用2013年6月~2014年5月的101例患儿为实验组,采用集束化的护理措施,同时选用2012年6月~2013年5月入住PICU的100例患儿为对照组,采用常规压疮护理方法。将两组压疮发生率进行比较。结果：实施集束化护理策略,压疮的发生率明显降低。结论：集束化的护理策略可以有效的预防和控制PICU患儿压疮的发生。
Objective： To explore the cluster nursing effect of prevention of pressure ulcers in PICU children. Methods：101 cases of using cluster nursing measures from June 2013 - May 2014 were chosen as the intervention group, at the same time 100 cases from June 2012 - May 2013 at PICU as control group, the conventional pressure sores nursing methods. The incidence of pressure ulcers are compared in the two groups. Results： the implementation of cluster nursing strategy obviously decreased the incidence of pressure ulcers. Conclusion： the nursing strategy of cluster can effectivelv prevent and control the occurrence of pressure ulcers in PICU children.
