摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率一直居前,早期诊断对患者的治疗、预后及生存质量具有重要意义。超声造影(Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound,CEUS)成像为纯血池显像,能显示肿瘤微血管的形态、走形及分布等情况,从而提高乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断与鉴别诊断价值。本文就超声造影诊断早期乳腺肿瘤的研究进展做一综述。
Breast cancer is the commonly seen cancer in women with its increasing incidence rate. Therefore ,early detection in order to improve breast cancer outcome and survival remains the cornerstone of breast cancer control. Contrast enhanced Ultrasound Imaging is the pure blood pool ultrasound imaging which enables the dynamic visualization of tumor microvasculature and distribution of microcirculation, thus enabling to achieve early differential diagnosis of breast tumors. This paper deals with the literature review and the development of contrast enhanced ultrasound in diagnosing breast cancer in early stage.
