摘要
随着高等职业教育的发展,在"做中学"的教学理念已为多数职业院校所认可并进行了实践和探索,国家也通过发布相关的文件鼓励对其进行进一步的研究和实践。校内生产性实训基地是实现"做中学"的很好的一个载体。通过对相关的法律、条例等规定的追溯,明确了校内生产性实训基地的概念、性质、法律地位及对其的监督管理,为其正常有效地运转提供了法律上的解释。
With the development of higher vocational education, the teaching concept of ＂learning in doing＂ has been gradually accepted by many vocational colleges and practiced in them. The productive training bases on campus are one of the important carriers to bring about ＂learning in doing＂. The paper reviews the laws and regulations about the productive training bases on campus and clarifies the bases＇ concept, nature, legal status and management modes, aiming to provide legal explanation for the bases＇ running.
