摘要
青岛中德生态园是一个既具有城市产业功能,又具有城市园林绿化功能以及城市居住、商业、文化等功能的复合型生态园区,在高端、生态、环保的总体目标下,中德生态园的地下空间开发尤为迫切。中德生态园的建设背景、规划定位、总体空间布局等对地下交通设施系统、地下公共服务设施、地下市政设施、地下物资储备设施、地下防灾与防护设施等系统提出了较高的规划建设要求。为满足中德生态园地下空间开发的有序性与科学性,有必要在地下空间使用与开发容量控制、空间组合及建造控制、配套设施控制、行为活动控制、开发建设管理控制以及开发控制指标体系基本框架等方面进行前瞻性的研究,为中德生态园园区地下空间利用提供开发建设依据,有利于园区实现可持续发展的规划目标。
Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark is a multifunctional ecological district integrating the urban industrial function,urban garden greening function and urban living,commercial cultural function. With the overall goal of being high-end, ecological and environmental, it is urgently focusing on the development of its underground space. Based on the construction background,planning and positioning and overall space layout,the Sino-German Ecopark requires a higher planning and construction standard for underground transportation system,underground public service facility,underground municipal facilities,underground material reserve facilities,underground disaster prevention and protection facilities and other systems. In order to keep the order and scientific way of underground space development,it is necessary to do the prospective research on underground space use development capacity control,spatial organization and construction control,supporting facility control,action control,development and construction management control and basic framework of development control index system. With providing references for underground space development of Sino-German Ecopark,the research would be beneficial to the whole sustainable development.
