肿瘤干细胞标志物在卵巢癌中应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cell,CSC)是恶性肿瘤复发及对化疗药物耐药的根源。自CSC学说提出以来,有关CSC表面标志物的研究越来越被临床重视。CSC表面标志物有助于分离纯化CSC以进一步研究CSC生物学功能,且可作为预测癌症复发及耐药的指标,指导临床决策。目前,寻找卵巢CSC和非CSC间差异性表达的标志物是卵巢癌治疗领域的难题。本文就CSC表面标志物在卵巢癌应用中的研究进展作一综述。 Cancer stem cell (CSC) is always thought to be the source of recurrence and chemoresistance in cancer therapy. Since the hepothesis that CSC exists in cancer tissues was proposed, the clineians have paid more and more attention to the studies on markers of CSC. CSC markers can help to separate and depurate the CSC for acquiring its biologic functions, as well as it can act as an indicator for predicting the recurrence and chemoresistance to instruct clinical anticancer therapy. At present, it is still hard to find the differential markers between CSC and non-CSC in ovarian cancer therapy. This paper reviews the research progress of CSC markers in ovarian cancer.
