摘要 作者利用TG/DTG曲线分析不同种类的生物质(桉树叶、橘皮)、煤分别热解,以及二者混合共同热解的基本热解特性,包括热解区间、最大热解速率的温度、不同加热速率对生物质热解进程的影响,比较不同种类生物质与煤按不同比例混合时对煤的热解特性的影响规律等。通过对热解动力学的分析,给出基本热解动力学方程,并研究了生物质、煤以及二者以不同比例掺混共热解时的热解动力学参数。探讨生物质之间、生物质与煤共热解过程中的协同作用和最佳混合比例,为生物质与煤能源的共同利用提供实验数据。 This paper makes use of the TG/DTG curves to analyze different types of biomass(eucalyptus leaves,orange peel),coal respectively pyrolyzing,and the compound of biomass and coal fundamental pyrolysis characteristic properties,including the temperature scope of pyrolysis,the temperature at the maximal pyrolyzation rate,the influence to the course of pyrolysis with different heating rate.Comparing the effect of mixtures of biomass and coal with various proportions on coal pyrolysis.Also with the studies of the pyrolysis kinetic,this paper presented the basic equation of the biomass pyrolysis and the kinetic parameters of biomass,coal,and mixtures of biomass and coal with various proportions under the different heating rate.In addition,this paper indicates that the interaction effect exist in the co-pyrolysis of biomass and coal,and studies the best mixture ratio of biomass and coal,in order to provide experimental data to energy application of biomass and coal.
