摘要
为了提高学校知名度,提高学校教学质量,广西各大高校争先加大办学投入,然而教育培养成本也相继提高。本文通过科学合理地界定高校生均教育培养成本,针对广西普通高校生均教育培养成本方面存在的问题,提出切实可行的建议对策,以促进高校合理配置经济资源,并提高经费使用效率,为政府高等教育财政拨款提供科学的依据。
In order to gain more popularity and improve teaching quality,higher education institu-tions in Guangxi have rushed to increase educational funds,thus,the educational cost has been raised accordingly.By scientifically defining the average educational cost per college student,this paper focu-ses on its existing problems and proposes practical measures to rationalize the distribution of financial resources,improve the operational efficiency of funds,and provide the scientific basis for the govern-ment on higher education funding allocation.
