摘要
本实验就氟化钠对我国儿童龋病流行相关的5株不同血清型变形链球菌,在生长、产酸和葡糖基转移酶等诸方面的影响进行了研究,结果表明乳酸是细菌主要糖发酵终末产物,氟化钠抑制细菌产乳酸和抑制细菌生长的强度与其浓度成正比,且抑制前者远强于后者。240ppm氟离子能完全抑制细菌生长。对葡糖基转移酶,氟离子似乎要达一定浓度阈值才见明显影响作用,在不同菌株间该阈值有所不同。
In this study,the effect of NaF in various concentrations on 5 strains of S.mutanswere studied by using such criteria as growth,acid production and activity of GTF.With a gas chromatography,no acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and isobut-yric acid was detected except lactic acid in each of supernatants of 5 strains,indicating S.mutans produced lactic acid mainly.The inhibitory effect of NaF on growth and acidproduction by S.mutans was directly proportional to F^- concentrations(0,5,10,20,40,80,120,240ppm,P<0.01),and the effect on the former was far strong than on the later.240ppm F^- concentration can inhibit S.mutans from growth complctely.The effect of NaFon activity of GTF was different from on the growth and acid production.The F^- shouldreach a given concentration(threshhold)that it was able to inhibit activity of GTF obvi-ously.The threshholds,however,were not same for all 5 strains.
