摘要
目的探讨循证护理乳腺癌术后放疗皮肤反应中的临床应用效果。方法选取2011年2月至2014年11月收治的100例乳癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组患者给予循证护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察两组患者皮肤损伤情况。结果观察组患者1级皮肤损伤发生率高于对照组,3级皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论乳腺癌患者术后行放疗时应用循证护理可有效减轻患者皮肤损伤程度,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application of evidence-based nursing in postoperative radiotherapy skin reaction in breast cancer patients. Methods 100 cases with breast cancer received radiotherapy after surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The observation group were given evidence-based nursing and the control group was given routine nursing care. The skin damage of the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,grade 1 skin damage was higher than that of the control group,and the grade 3 was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Evidenced-based nursing can effectively reduce the damage degree of postoperative radiotherapy skin reaction in breast cancer patients,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
