摘要
协同创新是企业整合知识资源,创造新知识,获取竞争优势的一种新途径。其重点是通过知识产权合作来获取富有价值的知识产权资源。它的成功与否主要依赖于知识产权合作的效果。处理好协同创新与知识产权合作的关系对于促进企业的持续健康发展至关重要。本文在分析二者的内涵、过程、要素及特征的基础上,梳理了二者之间的需求互动、目标一致、风险关联和相互促进关系,并构建了相应的关系模型,以指导二者在实践中协调发展。
Collaborative innovation is a new way to integrate knowledge resources, create new knowledge and obtain com- petitive advantages for enterprise, which focuses on obtaining valuable intellectual property resources through intellectual property cooperation. The success of it depends mainly on the effects of its intellectual property cooperation. How to deal with the relation- ship of collaborative innovation and intellectual property cooperation has become the key to advance a continued and sound develop- ment of enterprise. By the analysis of the connotation, process, factors and characteristics of the two, the relationships of inter- active demanding, goal congruence, risk related and mutual promotion were carded, and the corresponding relationship model was built, to guide a harmonious development of the two.
