摘要
当今,太阳能电池成为全球能源可持续发展的重要内容。本文以太阳领域的5个代表性期刊中2001-2014年公开发表的文献为研究对象,利用信息可视化方法,探测了太阳能电池领域近十年发展历程中关键技术和潜在技术,研究得出当前太阳能电池领域研究主要集中在光电转换材料、电池片制造加工以及可靠性3个方面;不同代际的太阳能电池处于不同的技术生命周期阶段;潜在关键技术主要包括:基于材料吸光度的多层结构设计,薄膜电池片规模化制造技术,聚合物太阳能电池的维护与延寿。
Nowadays, Solar cells has played an important role in the global sustainable development. Samples include pa- pers published on 5 representative journals in solar fields during 2001 to 2014, the key technology and potential technology nearly ten years in solar field development history are detected by information visualization. Results showed that photoelectric conversion materials, manufacture of battery pieces and stability of solar cells are major research contents in the field of solar cell; cells be- longing to different generations are in various technology lifecycle stages; potential key technologies include multilayered structure design based on absorbancies of materials, fdm battery manufacturing technologies in large scale, as well as maintenance and life - extension of polymer solar cells.
