摘要
以压力机导套为例,基于凝固数值模拟分析,找出在铸件的内壁存在着大量的缩松易发区。根据模拟结果优化工艺,确定出导套最佳生产工艺符合同时凝固原则。得出改变内浇口及冷铁数量,增加人工补贴是消除导套缩松的有效措施。证明数值模拟技术是一种很好的铸造工艺优化工具。
This paper takes the punching machine guide sleeve as an example,basing on the numerical simulation analysis of solidification to find the shrinkage porosity susceptible area in the casting inwalI.According to the results of simulation optimization technique,the optimal production technology of guide sleeve consistents with tile simultaneous solidification principle.Changing tile gating and cold iron quantity and increasing pads are the eft^ctive measures to eliminate guide sleeve shrinkage.The teehnology of numerical simulation analysis is proved a good optimization tool in the casting process.
