摘要
采用专家访谈法和量表测量法,运用Spss19.0和Amos16.0,从生物、社会和心理等要素入手系统构建我国青少年体质健康促进模型,旨在丰富健康促进的理论体系,为青少年体质健康促进和制定干预方案提供理论支撑。结果表明:1青少年体质健康促进模型主要包括自我效能、知觉利益、知觉障碍、人际影响、体育活动和体质健康;2青少年参与体育活动对体质健康具有直接的促进作用;3自我效能和知觉利益直接影响体育活动,并间接促进体质健康;4人际影响对体育活动的直接影响较少,人际影响可以通过影响自我效能和知觉利益间接影响体育活动,进而促进体质健康。
The present study was to develop a model of physical health promotion for adolescents using expert consultation and the questionnaire and the core elements including biological, social and psychological factors. The purposes were to enrich health promotion theories and reference for improvement of adolescent physical health in China. The main findings were summarized as following. (1) The 6-factors of model were interpersonal influence, self-efficacy, perceptive benefits, perceptive barriers, physical activities, and physical health; (2) Physical activities of adolescents directly promoted their physical health level~ (3) Self-efficacy and perceptive benefits directly affected physical activity level and indirectly promoted physical health through physical activities; (4)Interpersonal influence indirectly affected physical activities and subsequently physical health through self-efflcacy and perceptive benefits.
