某铅酸蓄电池厂铅危害治理工程控制效果评价 被引量:1

Control effect of lead treatment engineering in the lead-acid battery factory

摘要 目的评价某铅酸蓄电池厂铅危害治理工程的控制效果,为治理铅酸蓄电池企业铅烟(尘)危害提供科学依据。方法依据通用的设计原则对卫生防护设施进行改造,按照职业卫生评价及检测规范定点和采样检测,分析与评价工程治理的职业病危害控制效果。结果在安装局部排风设施前,24个铅烟样品的合格率仅为16.7%,铅烟最高浓度(TWA)为2.176 mg/m3,超标72.5倍;18个铅尘样品的合格率仅为5.6%,铅尘最高浓度(TWA)为3.424 mg/m3,超标68.5倍。安装局部排风设施后,28个铅烟样品的合格率为85.7%,铅烟最高浓度(TWA)为0.120 mg/m3,超标4.0倍;23个铅尘样品的合格率为78.3%,铅尘最高浓度(TWA)为0.098 mg/m3,超标1.96倍。结论本治理工程项目对控制铅酸蓄电池企业的工作场所的铅烟(尘)浓度有显著效果,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the control effect of lead hazard in the lead - acid battery factory in order to provide sci- entific evidence for controlling harmful lead fume (dust) in the lead - acid battery factory. Methods Hygiene protection equipments were reformed based on the principle of universal design; According to the specification on occupational hygiene appraisement, the sites were sampled and determined ; The control effect of engineering treatment was analyzed and evalua- ted in the project . Results Before installing the local ventilation facilities , the qualified rate of lead smoke was only 16.7% in 24 samples, the highest concentration of lead fume (TWA) reached 2. 176 mg/m3 , which was 72. 5 times of the standard; the qualified rate of lead dust was 5.6% inl8 samples, the highest concentration of lead dust (TWA) reached 3. 424 mg/m3 , which was 68. 5 times of the standard. After installing local ventilation facilities, the qualified rate of lead fume was 85.7% in 28 samples, the highest concentration of lead fume (TWA) was O. 120 mg/m3 , which was 4 times of the standard ; The qualified rate of lead dust was 78. 3 % in 28 samples, the highest concentration of lead fume (TWA) was 0. 098 mg/m3, which was 1.96 times of the standard. Conclusion The treatment engineering project has been proved to be effective in controlling the lead fume(dust) concentration in the lead -acid battery enterprise workplace , it is worth of expanding.
