摘要
目的对某陶瓷洁具生产企业可能产生的职业病危害因素及防护措施进行现状评价。方法采用检查表法、工程分析、现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素监测、职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析评价。结果该陶瓷生产企业危害较大的职业病危害因素包括粉尘、噪声、高温、硫化氢、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、氮氧化物等。检测结果显示51.7%的噪声检测点、60.0%的粉尘检测点、25.0%的高温检测点超过职业接触限值的要求。职业健康检查检出17名职业禁忌证人员。结论该陶瓷洁具生产企业职业病危害严重,作业人员发生尘肺、听力损伤和中暑风险较高,需采取一系列综合性的控制措施降低危害。
Objective To evaluate the status of possible occupational hazard factors and protective measures of reconstruc- tion project in the ceramic ware enterprise. Methods The checklist method, engineering analysis, on - site occupational health investigation, working environment monitoring and health examination were applied to synthetically analyze and eval- uate the occupational hazards in the enterprise. Results The main occupational hazards existed in the enterprise were dust, noise, high temperature, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. The exceeding rate of occupational exposure limits about noise, dust and high temperature were 51.7% , 60. 0% and 25.0% ,respectively. Sev- enteen workers were found not suitable for contacting noise and high temperature through health examination. Conclusion Workers in the ceramic ware enterprise have high risk of developing pneumoconiosis, noise induced hearing loss and heat- stroke, so integrated occupational prevention measures should be taken to reduce occupational hazards.
