丹参川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病合并短暂性脑缺血发作及凝血功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病并短暂性脑缺血发作患者疗效及凝血功能的影响。方法选择入住我院的糖尿病并短暂性脑缺血患者100例,在一般治疗的基础上,采用静脉滴注生理盐水250 m L加入丹参川芎嗪注射液10 m L,1次/天,连续滴注14天。分别记录治疗前后的临床症状。结果显效48例占48.0%,有效51例占51.0%,无效1例占1.0%。丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病并短暂性脑缺血发作能够显著提高凝血功能,无明显的不良反应。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病并短暂性脑缺血发作患者有很好的治疗效果并对凝血功能有显著提高。 Objective To investigate the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the efficacy and blood coagulation function of patients with diabetes and transient ischemic attack (TIA) . Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetes and TIA in our hospital were selected. On the basis of general treatment, they were treated with intravenous infusion of saline 250mL was added Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection 10mL once daily, and continuous infusion for 14d. The clinical symptoms before and after treatment were recorded. Results 48 cases were complete relief (48.0%) , 51 cases were effective (51.0%) , 1 cases was invalid (1.0%) . Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of diabetes and TIA can significantly improve the coagulation function, and had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Salviae Mihiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection was a safe therapeutic medicine for patients with diabetes and TIA, and significantly increased the blood coagulation function.
