摘要
目的对中西医护理在脑梗偏瘫患者康复期中的作用进行分析。方法本研究采取本院2011年1月—2014年1月收治的70例脑梗偏瘫患者随机分为两组,每组各35例,对照组采用西医护理的方法,观察组采取中西医护理的方法,对临床效果进行回顾性的比较分析。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94%,对照组患者的总有效率为69%,观察组的临床效果明显高于对照组,35例脑梗偏瘫患者经过中西医护理,所有患者都得到显著的恢复效果,伤残率比较低,患者的生活质量也有明显的提高。结论中西医护理在康复期的脑梗偏瘫患者中的应用,对患者的偏瘫症状有显著的缓解,致残率有效的降低,使脑梗偏瘫患者的生活质量得到明显的提高。
Objective To analyze the role of integrated medicine nursing on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia in convalescence. Methods 70 cases of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia from January 2011 to January 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 35 cases. The control group adopted Western medicine nursing care. The observation group used integrated medicine nursing. The clinical effect was asretrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 94% and 69%, respectively, and the clinical effect of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. After integrated medicine nursing, 35 cases of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia obtained recovered significant effect, disability rate was lower, and the quality of life of patients also has obviously improved. Conclusion The application of integrated medicine nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia can relief the symptoms of the patients, reduce morbidity effectively, and make the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia get obvious improvement.
