摘要
目的系统评价中医特色护理脑卒中患者的疗效。方法选择10种中医药期刊,检索中医特色护理脑卒中患者的临床对照实验(RTC)至2014年12月。运用改良后Jadad量表评价纳入文献的方法学质量并提取有效数据进行Meta分析,用R ev M an5.2软件完成统计和系统评价。结果共8篇文献包含663例患者符合纳入标准。2篇评为高质量,其余为低质量。Meta分析表明,中医特色护理脑卒中患者的疗效优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(OR为7.44,95%CI(4.40,12.58)。结论中医特色护理脑卒中患者可能优于对照组常规护理。然而,由于现有试验的方法学质量普遍较低,目前尚无足够的证据支持,需更多高质量的随机对照试验。
Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of characteristics TCM nursing in patients with stroke. Methods Selecting ten journals of TCM, retrieving random control test（ RTC） of characteristics TCM nursing in patients with stroke until December 2014. Using the modified Jadad scale evaluation of the methodological quality of included studies and extraction of available data in literature Meta analysis, we completed statistics and evaluation system by Rev Man5.2 software. Results Eight papers included 663 met inclusion criteria,of which 2 papers had high quality, and 6 papers had low quality. Meta analysis showed that the curative effect of characteristics TCM nursing care in patients with stroke was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ OR 7.44,95% CI（4.40, 12.58）. Conclusion Characteristics TCM nursing may be superior to the control group routine nursing in patients with stroke. However, due to the methodological quality of existing test was generally low, and there was not enough evidence to support its therapeutic applications. More high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed.
