介绍了一种双侧壁同步恒温热处理工艺方法,在焊缝内外壁同时布置电阻加热装置,确保焊缝同一截面温度呈现均匀状态,从而提高了SA-335P92材料的热处理质量,保证了焊缝根部的冲击韧性。
A process method for synchronous bilateral wall isothermal heat treatment was introduced .It was that arranging resistance heating device was arranged in the inner wall and the outer wall and weld seam, which can ensure that the same section temperature show uniform state, and then, the heat treatment quality of SA-335P92 material improve and the impact toughness of weld root is ensured.
